I know there are a lot of products out there like this, but i am telling you this stuff works! I wanted to try it since it seemed really affordable for the quality ( strength) . I think it is because it is so strong that it actually works. I used it before and after my workouts and it really did help my muscles. I also gave one to my mom who constantly has knee pain and she said this helped her out a lot!
